Orders are packed and shipped from Perth, Western Australia.

Processing Times

Each order is hand-finished to order. Due to current demand, lead times are approximately 6–8 weeks for completion and dispatch.

Once production is complete, orders are inspected, packed, and shipped from Perth, WA.
Items in stock are shipped within 1–3 business days.

Carriers & Packaging

• Fragile-grade packaging is used for all terrariums.
• Express/Courier services are selected for safe delivery.
• We may split shipments for safety and handling purposes.

Delivery Instructions & Missed Delivery

Add safe-drop or authority-to-leave at checkout if desired (at your own risk).
If a parcel is returned due to non-collection or incorrect address, we can reship once return costs are cleared.
