We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission.
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, and product descriptions, remains the intellectual property of Glasgarten and may not be used without consent.

Product Information

Our terrariums feature real preserved botanicals and natural materials. Each piece is unique—variations in colour, form, and composition are normal and not considered defects.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of colour or detail will be exact.

Orders and Availability

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including limited stock, errors in pricing or availability, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.
All items listed as “Pre-Order” have a lead time of approximately 6–8 weeks before dispatch.
In-stock items ship from Perth, Western Australia within 1–3 business days.
Dispatch times are estimates and may vary due to supply conditions, holidays, or logistics.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Perth, WA using trusted courier and postal partners.
Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied.
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items in original condition and packaging.
Pre-order and custom items are final sale once production has begun.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Care and Use

Preserved terrariums are non-living and require no watering or maintenance.
They are designed for indoor display only. Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, or heat sources.
Do not open sealed units. Any damage caused by mishandling or improper care is not covered by warranty.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including designs, images, logos, text, and product descriptions—is owned by Glasgarten or used with permission.
You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glasgarten is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
